There are such p rob lem s as lagging standard bu ilding, infrastructu ral facilities deficiency, low m arket - oriented degree, lack of the p lan and coordination , technology falling beh ind and p rofessional in sufficiency in the developm ent of Ch inese agricu ltu ral p roduct cold - chain logistic s. The counterm easu res including the governm ent ’s active leading, accelerating standard system con struction, develop ing infrastructu ral facilities, increasing m arket - oriented degree, giving fu ll scop e to indu strial association and accelerating p ersonnel train ing have been pu t forward in order to p romote Ch inese agricu ltu ral p roduct cold - chain logistics.
