专项整治后抗菌药物的使用情况分析 * 高 钧 ，卢守四（中国康复研究中心北京博爱医院，北京 100068） 中图分类号 R969.3；R978.1；R287 文献标志码 A 文章编号 1672－2124（2014）06－0528-03 摘 要 目的：了解抗菌药物专项整治活动（简称“专项整治”）后抗菌药物的使用情况。方法：收集中国康复研究中心北京博爱医 院专项整治初期（2011年7－12月）与后期（2012年7－12月）抗菌药物的使用数据，并进行统计分析。结果：经过专项整治，该院 抗菌药物销售金额占药品总销售金额的比例下降了2.0％，门诊抗菌药物使用率下降了6.1％，急诊处方抗菌药物使用率下降了 29.5％，达到了原卫生部规定的要求。住院患者抗菌药物使用率和使用强度分别下降了12.1％和8.7％，Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物使 用率下降了27.5％。住院患者医院感染率持续下降了0.51％。结论：专项整治促进了该院抗菌药物的合理使用，降低了抗菌药物 的使用率，医院患者感染率持续降低。但仍需继续加强管控和宣教，以促进抗菌药物的使用更加安全、合理和有效。 关键词 专项整治；抗菌药物；使用分析 Impact of Antimicrobial Special Rectification Activities on the Use of Antimicrobial Agents in Our Hospital GAO Jun ，LU Shou-si（Beijing Boai Hospital of China Rehabilitation Research Centre ，Beijing 100068，China） ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE ：To evaluate the impact of antibacterial special rectification on the use of antibacterial agents. METH- ODS ：The consumption data of the antibacterial agents at the initial stage （Jul. - Dec. period of 2011）and the later stage （Jul. - Dec. period of 2012）of the antibacterial special rectification activity carried out in Beijing Boai Hospital of China Rehabilitation Re- search Centre were collected for statistical analysis. RESULTS ：After carrying out the special rectification activity on the use of anti- microbial agents in our hospital ，the consumption sum proportion of the antibacterial agents in total drug consumption sum reduced by 2.0％，with the rate of outpatient antibacterial use down by 6.1％ and the rate of antibacterial use in emergency prescriptions down by 29.5％，meeting the original standard specified by the ministry of health ，the rate of inpatient antibacterial use down by 12.1％，the inpatient antibacterial use density （AUD ）down by 8.7％，and the rate of antibacterial use in the patients with type I in- cision operation down by 27.5％；the hospital infection rate of the inpatients showed continuous reduction of
