新型城镇化背景下北京传统村落的保护与开发 1，2 1 田 密 ，闵庆文 （1.中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所，北京 100101 ；2. 中国科学院大学，北京 100049 ） 摘要：近年来，随着工业化、城镇化进程加快，传统村落衰落、消失的现象日益加剧，就北京地区而言，传统村 落保护与城乡建设发展的矛盾更为突出，京郊地区的传统村落的旧质更新越来越快，传统村落自身的文化特色与 社会特色也在逐渐丧失。对北京传统村落保护发展迫在眉睫。本论文以活态保护为切入点，以保护北京传统村落， 挖掘传统村落的历史文化价值，促进该地区农村经济、社会、文化的协调可持续发展为目标，在新型城镇化背景 下，总结北京传统村落保护现状、分析其存在的问题，并提出切实的解决途径。 关键词：传统村落，北京郊区，新型城镇化 Protection and Exploration of Traditional Villages of Beijing Under the Background of the New Urbanization TIAN Mi1, 2 , MIN Qingwen1 (1.Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, 100010, China; 2.
