摘 要 企业既是一个经济组织，又是一个社会组织，作为经济性和社会性相统一的法人实体，企业的经营管理与文化有着非常密切的关系。一个企业的经营管理思想中的必然会灌输着一个国家或民族的传统文化。每个企业的管理思想文化都不尽相同，各具特色。其中一个重要的原因就是受各国传统文化影响。中华传统文化源远流长，博大精深，特别是以儒家文化为代表的传统文化中蕴含着丰富的企业经营管理思想。本文着眼于中国传统文化的丰富内涵和企业经营管理的运用和发展，运用调查研究法、文献归纳法、跟踪研究法等，从现代企业管理的视角，对中国传统文化进行解读，总结了中国传统文化在现代企业管理的重要作用，并通过一些成功的范例分析探讨了儒家，道家等思想在现代企业管理中的应用，探讨了这些思想对现代企业管理的启示。 关键词：中国传统文化；企业管理；企业文化；发展 ABSTRACT Enterprise is an economic organization, it is a social organization, economic and social unity as a legal entity, the enterprise management and culture has a very close relationship.Each enterprises management thought culture are different, and each has its own characteristics.
