论文摘要 晋江模式作为一种经济现象，早在 1986 年就引起了政府和理论界的关注， 被称之为农村经济发展的四大模式之一。然而经过近 20 年的发展，晋江模式早 已今非昔比，已经处于工业化发展的后期阶段。但是从共建和谐社会的角度来看， 晋江模式在协调、持续和以人为本的发展上，还存在着很多问题，并且晋江的地 区品牌还并未像温州模式一样响亮。基于这些问题，本论文对晋江模式进行了系 统的研究和探讨，重新定义了晋江模式。目的在于总结晋江模式的经验，提出晋 江未来经济社会发展的前景，并以期在此基础上为全国各地民营经济的发展提供 一个范例，从而端正对发展民营经济的态度。文章首先对民营经济的概念以及改 革开放以来民营经济的发展历程进行了阐述，为本论文的研究奠定了基础。其次， 论文对晋江模式的发展现状进行了分析，总结了晋江模式形成的过程，指出其应 包含的新内涵，并运用理论与实践相结合的方法分析了晋江模式的特色与成就， 以及在目前的发展过程中存在的一些问题。再次，论文从宏观和微观领域探讨了 晋江民营经济发展的对策，并根据党的十六大构建和谐社会的设想，提出晋江未 来经济社会发展的总体目标是：建立一个政治、经济、文化、环境协调发展和社 会全面进步晋江未来社会。 关键词：和谐社会，民营经济，晋江模式，新内涵。 2 Abstract As an economic phenomenon, JinJiang model, back in 1986, has aroused the concern of the government and theorists and was known as one of the model four rural economic development.
