浅析“一警为主，多警联动 ——以Z市Z区S派出所A社区警务室为个案 摘要：随着公安派出所工作改革及社区警务战略的发展，社区警务室在基层公安工作开展中的重要性日益凸显。但当前社区警务室普遍存在重硬件、轻内涵建设，考核缺乏科学、严密、公正的依据和标准，将社区警务室简单地理解为仅供社区民警使用，忽略与其他警种及社会各力量的互动等问题，影响了社区警务室作为密切警民关系的联系点群防群治的工作点群众遇难求助的报警点各警种协同作战的执勤点一警为主，多警联动Preliminary study on the construction of Community Police Room under the pattern of “Community Police mainly, police classifications cooperation” Abstract: With the development of reformation of the work of police substations and the strategy of Community Policing, Community Police Room plays an important role in the enforcement of grass-roots policing work more and more. However, there are some problems such as paying great attention to hardware and neglecting the construction of software, being lack of sciential, strict and equitable standards and basis, taking the simple understanding that Community Police Rooms only used by Community Polices and neglecting the interaction with other police classifications and social groups etc. which impress the working of functions of Community Police Rooms that work as the connection stations of relationship of the police and citizens, working stations of prevention of the police and citizens, the stations of giving an alarm when citizens need a help and working stations of cooperation between every police classifications. The Community Police Room named as AKADIYA located in Z district Z city sets up the pattern of “Community Police mainly, police classifications cooperation” with the support of the institutions of meeting of police classifications joint attending and Performance Evaluation. It not only maintains the steadiness of public order, but also promotes the sense of security and degree of satisfaction of citizens, and the relationship between the police and citizens is closer than before. However, the police should strengthen management at the same time so as not to become a mere formality.
