2009 年全国博士生学术会议 论 文 集 美国金融危机对中国市场改革与经济发展的启示 ① 张晓欢 Shuming Bao 【摘要】发端于美国的国际金融危机，对中国经济造成了巨大冲击。中国对外贸易大幅下 滑，出口导向型中小企业出现生存危机，投资、股市、房地产市场及人民币汇率的波动性等也 均受到强烈冲击。通过从技术层次、制度层次和文化层次对美国金融危机本质进行分析，发现 美国金融危机与当代国际环境、美国经济增长方式、社会制度和文化等方面均有密切联系。结 合未来中国与全球的发展趋势，发现西方国家出现的一些问题，最终也可能在中国发生。中国 首先应积极谨慎推进市场制度改革，注意效率与风险的平衡，争取建立具有全局意识的金融与 经济风险防范体制；其次要提倡经济多元化、制度多元化、产业多元化以及文化多元化，建立 中国多元化发展模式，为世界经济改革与发展作出贡献。 【关键词】金融危机 中国经济 防范措施 F123.16 Enlightenment From American Financial Crisis to China’s Reform and Economic Development (Xiaohuan Zhang, Shuming Bao) 【Abstract 】Since the American financial crisis occurred last year, it has been internationalized, which has caused huge economic loss to the whole world. There are lot of impact on China, the first important is the decline of the foreign trade, the others including export-oriented small and medium enterprises, investment, stock market, real estate market and the RMB exchange rate etc..As to the core reason, the international background should never fail to be considered, nor should the economic growth, social institutions, and its culture etc. With the advance of technological development and the economic globalization, the flow of all factors will inevitably increase, thus the future China will definitely open its financial market wider and wider. The problems once happening to the western countries will finally fall to our country. Combining the trend of Chinese economic and reform development, china should take preemptive actions in terms of technology, industry and mechanisms, in order to foster the Chinese systematic reform and its economic running. 【Key Words 】 Financial Crisis; Chin
