摘 要 自80年代中期至今，我国的经济社会在不断发展，投资体制也在不断调整，风险管理也越来越重要，国内开始引入很多国外风险管理的理论和书籍，同时也被应用到项目管理中，尤其是建设工程项目。其中具有代表性的有京九铁路、三峡工程、黄河小浪底工程、上海地铁、广州地铁等项目，这些项目获得的效果和经济效益对类似项目的风险管理有一定的借鉴意义。目前，风险管理作为一种新的项目管理方式，然而，这种理论引入我国时正值改革开放初期，投资体制和项目运作机制都源于计划经济，导致我国一开始对工程项目的风险管理重视不足，长时间的停滞带来了很多问题与不足。文章对建设工程项目风险相关理论进行简要梳理，分析了建设工程项目风险的识别与评价，提出建设工程项目风险管理的对策建议，最后以A工程项目为例进行实证分析。 关键词：建设项目；风险管理；风险评价 Abstract Since 80 time metaphase up to now, the economic society of our country is developing continuously, the investment system also is being adjusted ceaselessly, the risk management is becoming more and more important, China began to introduce a lot of foreign risk management theory and the books, but also be applied to project management, especially the Construction Engineering project. Which is representative of the Beijing-Kowloon Railway, the Three Gorges project, the Yellow River Xiaolangdi Dam project, Shanghai metro, Guangzhou metro project, the project to obtain the effect and economic benefit of similar project risk management has the certain model significance. At present, the risk management as a new project management mode, however, this theory was introduced into China during the early stage of reform and opening up, the investment system and project operation mechanism are derived from the plan economy, causes our country started on the project risk management seriously insufficient, long time of stagnation brought many problems and shortcomings. The construction engineering project risk theory briefly, analysed construction project risk identification and evaluation of risk management of construction project, put forward the countermeasure proposal.
