建设项目造价风险管理方法探析.pdf

摘 要 建设项目造价管理是控制建设项目投资，提高投资效益的一项有效途径。但是在建 设项目实施过程中存在许多不确定性，充满了风险，由于这些风险对建设项目的作用， 使得建设项目造价也存在风险性，基于这样一种认识，我们将建设项目造价分为：确 定性造价和风险性造价。风险性造价的发生具有随机性，它随风险的发生而发生，是 建设项目造价管理的重点，但是现有的造价管理理论缺少对风险性造价管理的技术与 方法，本文将重点对这些方法和技术进行研究，试图从中找出解决我国造价管理失控 的方法。 本文首先介绍了建设项目造价管理和建设项目风险管理的相关概念，在分析建设项 目造价风险性及建设项目风险性造价与建设项目风险间关系的基础上，构建了建设项 目造价风险管理模型，实现项目风险与风险性造价的集成管理。本文分两部分内容来 对这一理论进行阐述，在第一部分内容中提出了建设项目造价信息分析方法，并对建 设项目造价影响因素进行了详细归纳，重点介绍了建设项目造价风险识别与度量方法 和程序，采用蒙特卡罗模拟法实现了建设项目的全风险造价的计算。 在第二部分内容中详细介绍了建设项目风险性造价的控制流程和方法。 本文通过研究分析，说明了蒙特卡罗模拟是有效的造价计算方法，论证了进行工程 造价风险管理的可行性及必要性，为建设项目造价风险管理提供了技术上和方法上的 支持。 关键词：风险管理 造价管理 风险性造价 不确定性 蒙特卡罗法 I Abstract Construction project cost management is an effective method to control project investment and increase income. However, much uncertainty and risk exist in the course of project construction, which brings uncertainties to the project cost. Therefore, construction project cost can be divided into certain cost and risk cost. The risk cost happens randomly, which lies on the occurrence of rela ted risk. Risk cost is the focus of cost management, but current cost management theory fails to provide guaidance in this area. The thesis will focus on the technique research on risk cost management, and propose an resolvent for the wide cost management in China. The thesis first outlines the definitions of construction project cost management and construction project risk management ，and studies the relationship between project risk and risk cost, based on which the cost risk management model for construction projects is developed to realize the integrative management of risk and cost.
