Five ranks have been tentatively classified, in which the first rank is the mildest and the fifth rank the severest. The aim of setting the fire alarm ranks is convenience the dispatch command of fire fighting forces. Since multiple forms and relative strong fire fighting forces have been organized, different dispatch, organizational command, and reporting protocols corresponding to different ranks are established, so that different fire fighting forces could be dispatched coordinately from the nearest places to form integrated forces and to control the fire in shortest time.
