房地产企业论文：DL集团公司发展战略研究 【中文摘要】目前,随着国家宏观政策的不断紧缩和房地产市场化程度的进一步提高,越来越多的房地产企业需要依靠自身的实力参与到市场化的竞争当中。DL集团作为一家起步于地级城市的房地产企业,如何积极地应对这种市场的变化,怎样在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟,并获得可持续性的发展,已经成为了公司决策层必须深思的问题。本文通过理论分析与实证研究相结合的方法,运用GPEST分析法、五力模型和SWOT分析等战略管理的相关理论,从公司目前所处的宏观环境、行业环境以及公司自身的状况和其所面临的机遇、威胁等方面进行深入的分析,明确制定了公司未来一段时期内战略发展的总体思路和战略目标,并且有针对性的提出了公司具体的职能战略。依据集团公司战略发展的总体思路和各个职能方面的发展战略,制定了结合公司实际的战略实施措施。本文作者希望通过对DL集团公司发展战略的研究,为公司引入战略管理这一新的管理思路和管理方法,力求为公司谋划出一条能够适应外部环境变化,并且结合企业自身能力水平的长期发展的道路。 【英文摘要】At present, as the tightening of the national macroeconomic policy and the increasing of the real estate market, more and more real estate enterprises rely on their own strength participate to market the market competition.DL group as a real estate enterprises started in a prefecture-level city, how to actively respond to such market changes, how to get a firm foothold in the intense market competition,and get sustainable development, has become a question which the decision layers must ponder.Through the meghods of combining the theoretical analysis and empirical research, combining the related theory of the strategic management such as the GPEST analysis, five competitive forces model and SWOT, through analyzing the current macro enviroment,industry environmentof the company and the status of it抯 own and the offortunities and threats it face, this article has clearly formulated the general idea and the strategic goals of strategic development of the future period, and has put forward the specific functional strategy of the company. According to the general idea and the strategic goals of strategic development, this article has made the practical strategy implementation measures.The author hopes to introduce the strategic management to induct a new management idea and management method and plan a road to adapt to changes in the external environment,and combine the ability level of enterprise抯 long-term development by studying the development strategy of the DL Group. 【关键词】房地产企业 发展战略 战略实施 【英文关键词】real estate ent
