端盖冲压工艺及模具设计 摘 要 模具是大批量生产同型产品的工具，是工业生产的主要工艺装备。模具工业是国民经济的基础工业。 冲压模具在实际工业生产中应用广泛。在传统的工业生产中，工人生产的劳动强度大、劳动量大，严重的影响了生产效率的提高。 通过对端盖工件进行工艺性的分析，得知此工件需要两道工序的加工，即落料、拉深。经过两套方案的对比，决定设计一套复合模具，即落料拉深正装复合模。 落料拉深复合模的凸凹模、拉深凸模、落料凹模的形状都是由工件确定的，和工件的形状相似，外形尺寸都是经过精确计算确定的。因其冲裁力不是太大，还考虑到受力均匀，所以选用中间导柱模架，并选取相应的导柱、导套。为了延长上下模座的寿命，故选用了合适的上下垫板。凸凹模必须要有准确的位置，才能保证工件得以精确地成形，故参考标准且根据实际情况选用了凸凹模固定板、拉深凸模固定板，以确保很好地固定凸凹模和拉深凸模。为了确保工件顺利出模和方便废料的脱落，运用了弹性顶件装置、刚性推件装置和弹性卸料装置。 了解零件结构，并利用所学的绘图软件AutCAD进行二维零件图的绘制，然后通过所学的冲压课程的知识进行零件工艺性分析，设计出几套零件加工工序并进行分析，选择一套最合适的加工方案，确定加工工艺方案后，进行每套模具的设计，并通过计算选择合适的压力机，最后模进行制造工艺设计。THE END-COVER PRESSING MODEL DESIGN ABSTRACT Molds to form a mass production of industrial production facilities, is the main techniques and equipment。Mold industry is the foundation of the national economy industry。Through carrying on the technological analysis work to the end cover,we knew that this work needs two working procedures for the processing, they are the blanking and the drawing.
