The lattice parameter of the crystals have been etermine by Xray iffractometer, an the concentrations of the opants in the crystals have been measure systematically by ICPAES. The result of the experiments shows that the growth habit an the morphology of KTP crystal have change greatly an the 3+ 3+ 5+ istribution coefficient of N has increase obviously after the oping of N an Nb in 5+ 3+ the crystal growth system, the latter incarnates the cooperation effect of Nb on N . Otherwise, the volume of the crystal unit cell increase slightly with no regularity after oping.
