专业学位（硕士）论文 论文题目: 广东省高速公路防逃费系统的设计与实现 作 者: ××× 专 业: 工程硕士(软件工程领域) 研究方向: ×××× 指导教师: ×××　教授 二0一三年 月 日 学 号： M论文答辩日期： 年 月 日 指 导 教 师： （签字）  (申请工程硕士学位) 南京大学软件学院 2013年月  The Design and Implementation of ×××× Based on ×××× Zhang, San Submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Engineering Supervised by Professor Jin, Zhiquan Software Institute NANJING UNIVERSITY Nanjing, China July,2013 摘 要 随着高速公路联网不断扩展，不法车辆偷逃公路通行费的现象一直呈上升趋势，并逐步向集团化、规模化方向发展。偷逃公路通行费作为严重扰乱公路运营秩序的顽疾，它不仅给各联网收费经营主体造成巨大的经济损失，也严重干扰了公路正常的营运管理秩序和行车安全，更在一定程度上影响了市场经济的规范化格局。高速公路防逃费系统从技术角度上还原车辆偷逃路费的事实，同时通过对数据的搜集汇总，有针对有层次性地对不同程度通行费损失进行追逃补缴。 目前，全省的高速公路分为粤东、粤西、粤北、中片区4个联网区域，区域下辖路段，路段总数超过100。基于收费数据的安全考虑，各经营路段之间的流水数据不能直接共享，并且营运数据也没有共享平台支撑其协作管理。因此，我们开发了基于B/S模式、以路段为工作单位的高速公路防逃费系统。这样，各路段以互联网接入平台，使用自己的账号登录处理。 该系统采用了J2EE体系结构，使用标准的三层架构， Spring、Struts、Hibernate、JQuery等先进的技术方法。 关键词：MVC模式、Struts框架、Spring框架、Hibernate框架 Abstract With the rapid development of computer information technology, the office information system of government is developing rapidly. The building of the information system of the Letters and Visits is very important work for comprehensive management of social security.The information system of the Letters and Visits realized to reflect social instability occurs timely and accurately, to collect information unitedly, it helps to provide an accurate basis for scientific decision making for leaders. The old management of the Letters and Visits in a government department of Guangzhou mainly transfers case through paper files or the bureau information platform of government,case acceptance and registration are all done by hand, the network of the Letters and Visits is not established in all districts,inefficiency,and communication cost is very high.Therefore,we develop the information system of Guangzhou Letters and Visits(GLVIS) on B/S design pattern.The GLVIS uses J2EE and standard three-tier architecture,it adopts MVC pattern f
