开头语Negotiations as an extremely common human social activities, to ancient times. With Chinas rapid economic and steadily into the market economy and fast track the negotiations to resolve their differences through communication as to create an effective means of value, has penetrated into all areas of modern society. We can say that the world is a negotiating table, everyone is a negotiator, are born with that negotiations animals. So the Secretary of negotiating skills are essential to the basic skills of employees.
谈判的原则When negotiating its important to have the most information possible, preferably more than the other side. It helps to know where the other sides negotiating power is weak. Heres some suggestions:
1.Dont get personal. 不要进行人身攻击。
Many business negotiations are not about befriending the other side. Always be courteous and kind, but you need not develop a relationship outside of the negotiation. If you dislike the other side, you dont have to express that dislike. Dont make the other side choose between self-respect and self-interest in order to deal with you.
2.Control your emotions. 控制您的情感
Dont get overheated emotionally. This means expressing anger if the negotiations dont go your way. If you feel youve come out a winner dont show it. No one likes to feel theyve lost and maybe youll have to face them again. It very difficult when you face some who wants to get even.

Dont create a situation in which your opponent cant justify his value to his principal by accepting your offer. Give the person on the other side of the table a chance to knock you down a little. Remember the previous point: He or she needs to win something, too.
