I feel greatly indebted to many people who have helped me during my thesis-writing time. First of all, I deeply thank my supervisor, Associate Professor Zhang, for her encouragement, valuable suggestions and precious advice. Without her careful instruction, my thesis would never have come to the present state. Meanwhile, I need to express my great thanks to senior teacher Zhang Jianjun, Wang Baomin and other teachers who enlightened me in the past two years. Their wisdom inspired me and their teaching laid the foundation of my thesis-writing. I thank Tangzhuang No.1 Junior High School for providing me with the opportunity to do such a research. I appreciate teachers and students’ willingness to spare me their precious time to receive my interview and answer the questionnaire.
