“1000个新加坡模式”可否全球化 　　摘要：本文从新加坡组屋项目的历史发展、金融和立法支撑等出发，解析组屋项目的特色以及评估其在社会，经济和环境方面所取得的可持续发展成就。然而，由于世界各地国家的地理环境差异以及组屋项目存在的问题，“1000个新加坡模式”无法全球化发展，只有根据实际国情，取舍性借鉴，才能实现组屋项目做法的真正价值。 　　关键词：组屋项目；“1000个新加坡模式”；可持续发展 　　Abstracts：This essay will firstly explain the historical development, finance and Legislation supports of public housing programs and analyze its character and advantages as well. Then, it will evaluate the sustainable achievements of HDB and its public housing programs socially, economically and environmentally. After that, due to Singapore’s unique geographical environmental condition and di
