学 士 学 位 论 文 年产10万姓 名： 学 号： 指导教师： 院系（部所）： 专 业： 完成日期： 摘 要( EO) 又称氧化乙烯, 是重要的有机合成中间体, 主要用于生产乙二醇( EG) , 还可以衍生出几十种精细石化中间体, 广泛应用于洗染、电子、医药、汽车等众多领域。目前, 世界上EO 工业化生产装置几乎全部采用以银为催化剂，在列管式固定床反应器中在列管式固定床反应器中, 用纯氧与乙烯反应, 采用乙烯直接氧化生产环氧乙烷。随着科技的发展，乙烯和能源价格的增长使环氧乙烷的生产技术正在努力改进。本文就是针对EO的生产工艺进行改进。 乙烯直接氧化生成EO是放热非均相催化反应。环氧乙烷的催化剂是唯一的。银是至今为止仅有的能够具有商业效益的乙烯氧化生成环氧乙烷的催化物质。促进剂、催化剂载体以及制备技术可以提高催化剂的活性和选择性。由于较低单程转化率下的选择性可以提高，因此反应系统可以采用循环工艺进行操作。本工艺整套装置用一台蒸汽透平压缩机作为动力源，带动反应及吸收，其间加入致稳剂、抑制剂、乙烯、氧气、促进剂。装置分为几个单元，其中包括 EO反应单元、EO回收及精制单元。反应器为列管式，循环气走管程并在其中反应。反应生成的EO被降温、吸收、汽提、在吸收、精制。被吸收后的循环气返回压缩机，继续循环，反应生成的二氧化碳在循环气下游被吸收，防止催化剂中毒。本文针对EO的优化生产提出一些合理化建议。 关键词：环氧乙烷；直接氧化法；工艺设计 Abstract Epoxy ethane (EO) and ethylene oxide, is an important organic synthetic intermediates, mainly used in the production of ethylene glycol (EG), can also be derived dozens of fine petrochemical intermediates, are widely used in washing and dyeing, electronics, medicine, automobile, and many other areas.
