建筑施工项目组织沟通有效性评价实证研究  摘  要  改革开放以来，建筑业发展迅速，对国民经济发展起到了积极的促进作用。 随着建设市场分工的日趋细化，现代建筑工程项目呈现出系统更庞大、利益主 体更多、组织协调关系更复杂的特点，组织沟通己成为提高建筑工程项目管理 效能的重要窗口。本文根据建筑工程项目组织分工协作的特点，结合我国建筑 施工项目管理中组织沟通的实际情况，以中煤矿山建设集团为例，综合运用多 学科理论知识和方法，对建筑项目组织沟通效性评价进行实证研究。 主要研究内容如下：首先，在国内外研究综述的基础上，本文对建筑工程 项目组织沟通的基本理论框架进行了梳理。同时，本文通过对建筑施工项目管 理模式和治理机制的研究，搭建了建筑施工项目沟通的沟通网络框架。在此基 础上，本文运用 AHP 方法，构建了建筑施工项目组织沟通有效性评价模型。最 后，本文运用问卷调查的方法，对中煤矿山建设集团组织沟通有效性进行了实 证研究。 关键词：建筑施工项目；组织沟通；沟通有效性；中煤矿山建设集团 Study on Organizational Communication Validity Evaluation of the Construction Project ABSTRACT The construction is a pillar industry of our country, making active and promotional effect to national economy. With the build market to be becoming thinning, modern construction project demonstrates the characteristic which system to be huge, more interests subjects, organize and coordinate with more complicated relation. Catching construction project characteristic that many organization share out the work and help one another, this text combines the actual conditions of organizational communication in construction project management of our country. Take the China Coal Mine Construction Group Corporation as an Example, the text makes empirical study of the validity evaluation, using multi-disciplinary knowledge synthetically. The main research contents are as follows: On the base of programming study at home and broad, the text hackle a clear theory frame of organizational communication in the construction project. Concurrently, through studying on the organizational communication in construction project management, the construction project and organize basic frame of the communicate network has been set up. On that basis, employing AHP method, construction project and organize the comprehensive appraisal model which communicated the system has set up. Finally, by means of questionnaire, the text makes empirical study of China Coal Mine Construction Group Corporation, and proposes the countermeasure and suggestion of the
