五年制幼儿师范课程改革的研究 五年制幼儿师范课程改革的研究 ——以苏州高等幼儿师范学校为例 摘 要  摘  要  随着知识经济的来临以及我国基础教育系统内部以培养创新为核心的素质教育 的推进，我国的幼儿师范教育遇到了很多新情况和新问题。新一轮的基础教育改革将 教师推向了改革的前沿，幼儿园教育领域新《纲要》的颁布对幼儿园教师的素养提出 了挑战，社会新时期需要高素质的幼儿园教师，而高素质幼儿园教师的培养任务则落 在幼儿师范教育上。在终身教育、开放式教育等新的教育理念广泛传播的背景下，我 国幼儿师范教育自身也正在进行着重大的体制变革。目前虽已经初步完成了由三级师 范向二级师范的过渡，但在发展的重要时期，幼儿师范课程设置问题成为阻碍幼儿师 范发展的重要因素。在外因及内因的综合作用下，我校的五年制幼儿师范课程急需改 革。 本研究首先采用问卷调查、访谈等方法调查了近 150 名苏州在职幼儿园教师，了 解幼教一线的实践工作者对幼儿师范课程建设的看法和意见。了解了一线教师在实践 过程中的能力与素养缺失，收集整理了一线教师和管理者对五年制幼儿师范课程改革 的建议。结合现行的幼师课程方案，找出了课程改革总体规划、课程目标建设、课程 内容以及课程实施中存在的问题。在前期研究的基础上进一步分析当今幼教新形势对 幼儿园教师能力素养的要求，提出了五年制幼儿师范课程改革的现实依据和理论依 据。最后建构了一种“着眼于时代的要求，建立以学生的发展为本，以能力培养为中 心，以职业需求为主线”的五年制幼儿师范教育课程结构。  关键词：五年制幼儿师范学校  课程改革  基础教育改革 课程设置  作  者：杨  俐 指导老师：韦洪涛 I Abstract  On Curriculum Reform of Five-year Junior College of Early Childhood Education  On Curriculum Reform of Five-year School of Early Childhood Education ——Taking SuZhou School of Early Childhood Education As an Example Abstract With the coming of the knowledge economy and education system based on cultivating innovation within the quality education as the core of education in preschool teachers of, meet many new situations and new problems.
