太仓市农村初中流动人口子女心理健康状况调查与研究  中文摘要  中文摘要 随着经济的快速发展，来太仓经商务工的流动人口逐年增多，其子女进入公 办学校的就读率也在逐年提高。不同地区的经济、社会、文化背景不同，导致他 们心理发展水平不一致。 本研究目的是了解太仓市农村初中流动人口子女心理健康状况，探讨心理问 题形成的原因，提出解决的对策，为开展心理健康教育干预提供依据，从而提高 流动人口子女的各项综合素质。研究采取随机分层整群抽样的方法，应用症状自 评量表(SCL-90)对太仓市 284 名农村中学流动人口子女心理健康状况进行调查测 评，对男女之间、城市与农村学生之间以及年级组之间进行比较。结果发现（1） 有心理困扰的学生 42 人，占参加测验学生总数的 14.79%；其中有中重度困扰的 学生 12 人，占参加测验学生总数的 4.23%。 2）SCL-90 量表评分的因子分均低于 国内中学生常模，各因子分差异有极显著性。（3）男女之间心理问题存在一定差 别，女生比男生更易患躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执的症状， 男生的强迫症状更明显,易产生冲动情绪。 4）城乡组之间在 SCL-90 量表的其他因 子差异有极显著性，其余各因子差异均无显著性。农村学生比城市学生更易患人 际关系敏感，恐怖、精神病性症状。（5）年级组之间在 SCL-90 量表的强迫症状、 人际关系敏感因子差异均有极显著性，其余各因子差异均无显著性。 结果表明太仓市农村初中流动人口子女心理健康状况整体良好，但存在一定 的心理问题。不同性别、不同地区的太仓市农村初中流动人口子女心理健康问题 存在差异，应及时针对不同群体采取相应干预措施，提高他们的心理健康水平。 本研究最后探讨了太仓市农村初中流动人口子女的心理问题成因，并提出了 解决其心理问题的对策。 关键词：流动人口；中学生；心理健康；症状自评量表  作  者：后国宏  I  指导老师：蔡  怡 Abstract  The Investigation and Research on the Mental Heath State of Flowing Children in Rural Junior Middle Schools of Taicang City  The Investigation and Research on the Mental Heath State of Flowing Children in Rural Junior Middle Schools of Taicang City Abstract With the development of the economy in Taicang, the flowing population including businessmen and rural labors has swarmed into the city increasing year by year, and the enrollment rate of their children into public schools is increasing annually.
