基于核心能力的 CSSD 多元化战略研究  中文摘要  基于核心能力的 CSSD 多元化战略研究 中文摘要 CSSD 是苏州工业园区的开发主体。公司内外部发展条件的变化对公司多元化战 略的实施提出了更高的要求。结合国内外对核心能力、多元化战略和其他相关理论的 研究成果以及国内相关企业的多元化经营实践，笔者从核心能力的角度对 CSSD 实施 多元化战略的内外部条件、各业务板块之间的关系、“中新”品牌的作用等进行深入 研究和分析，并针对 CSSD 在上市转型阶段遇到的相关问题提出了解决方案。 论文第一部分对研究背景、意义、研究方法以及研究的主要内容进行了阐述，为 本文的论述理清脉络。第二部分梳理了国内外对核心能力、多元化战略以及两者之间 关系进行研究的主要历史文献，阐明研究现状，为本文的选题奠定基础。第三部分进 行了基于核心能力的多元化战略框架分析，这是全文的理论标杆。第四部分是对国内 同类型开发公司成功实施多元化战略的案例分析。第五部分分析了 CSSD 多元化战略 存在的问题，结合第三部分的理论框架和第四部分的实践依据，对 CSSD 目前多元化 战略存在的问题一一给出解决方案和优化建议，并指出实施多元化战略所需的支撑条 件。 本文从核心能力的角度对 CSSD 的多元化战略进行了深入研究，既对 CSSD 实施和 优化多元化战略具有指导作用，又对苏州工业园区的转型升级具有推动作用，并且还 在一定程度上对国内其他开发区开发公司的发展战略研究具有启示作用。 关键词：核心能力；多元化战略；实施与优化  作  者：朱  颖  指导老师：俞雪华 Abstract  Study on CSSD’s Diversification Strategy Based on Core Competence  Study on CSSD’s Diversification Strategy Based on Core Competence Abstract CSSD is the main developer of Suzhou Industrial Park. The changing conditions inside and outside the company have placed much higher requirements on the implementation of CSSD’s diversification strategy. With foreign and domestic study on core competence, diversification strategy and other relevant theories, the author has made in-depth study and analysis, from the perspective of core competence, on the internal and external conditions of the implementation of the diversification strategy, the relationship among all businesses of CSSD, and the role of the brand of “China-Singapore”, and proposed some solutions to the problems related to the transformation of the company. The first part of the paper is about the research background, significance, theoretical foundation, research methods and main content of the study, in order to clarify the whole context.
