设备维护业务外包系统的绩效评估 1 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 摘  要 设备维护是工业企业尤其是资产密集型企业的主要业务，在企业环境发生了 深刻的变化、市场竞争日趋激烈的条件下，设备维护业务外包成了企业降低成本、 减少风险、获得竞争优势、转变经营模式的重要手段。 在整个设备维护外包业务过程当中，维护外包的绩效评估至关重要。对于业 务外包来说，绩效评估体系的确定是一个决策活动；它不仅可以衡量企业战略的 实现程度、业务实施的过程质量，而且可以促进企业战略、业务实施流程的改进。 维护外包绩效评估的研究，关系到设备维护业务外包的战略、实施过程、外包企 业和设备维护服务供应商，是设备维护外包研究的关键的一环。 论文首先对研究背景进行了介绍，接着综述了业务外包和供应链绩效评估的 研究成果，从系统的角度，界定了设备维护业务外包过程评价的的主要内容；然 后基于流程维度策略，对设备维护业务实施的过程质量、设备维护服务供应商的 能力、设备维护业务外包企业和服务供应商之间的协调绩效分别进行了评估。最 后，基于设备维护业务外包系统的运营效率，对设备维护业务外包的综合动态评 价进行了探讨；其间，基于时间维度策略，对设备维护业务外包系统整体绩效的 评估进行了分析；提出了设备维护业务外包的综合动态评价的步骤；对 DEA 方 法在设备维护业务外包系统运营效率的综合动态评价中的应用，进行了演示。 关键词：设备维护，业务外包，绩效评估 II 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 Abstract Equipment maintenance is a main operation in the corporation especially in the capital intensive industry. With aggravating competition currently in the market and great change in the running circumstance, the outsourcing of equipment maintenance is a very important means for a plant to decrease cost, cut down risks, gain competition advantage and to convert management model. Performance evaluation plays a very important role in the process of the outsourcing of equipment maintenance. In outsourcing, the performance evaluation is a decision. We can not only judge weather the strategy is successful and the performance in the process of the outsourcing is satisfied through evaluation, but also can improve the enterprise strategy and the operation procedure. Research of equipment maintenance outsourcing performance evaluation relate to the enterprise strategy, the operation procedure, enterprise and the outsourcing vendor. So it is of great importance in the study of maintenance outsourcing. Firstly, the background of this research is introduced.
