In the domestic Wanfang, VIP, China HowNet and foreign PUBMED as the retrieval literature database retrieval in recent 5 years, domestic related literature on the role of immune cytoｋines in psoriasis. We through the activation of T lymphocytes, T lymphocytes subsets in place, the role of superantigens, antigen presenting cell function, the role of dendritic cells (den- dritic cells, epidermal LC) search results as the horizontal longitudinal axis, the related literature, discuss the progress of study on activation of immune cells in psoriasis. We believe that with the advances in immunology, T lymphocytes play a very important role in the pathogenesis of psoria- sis, mediated by T lymphocyte. Key words: Immune cell factor; Psoriasis; Progress 摘 要 ：近年来关于银屑病发病机制的研究 取得了较 大进展,本 次研究 以 国内万方 、维普 、中国知网以及国 外 PUBMED 作 为检索 文献库 ， 检索 近 5 年 国内过关于银屑病中免疫细胞因子的作用 相关文献 。 通过 T 淋 巴细胞活化的 场所 、T 淋巴细胞的亚群 、超抗 原 的作用 、抗 原 提呈 细胞作用 、树突状 细胞的作用 （树突状 细胞 、表皮的 LC ）为纵 轴 、相关文献 检索结果为 横轴 ，探讨了银屑病的免疫细胞 活化研究的进展 。 我们认为随着免疫学的进展 ,T 淋巴细胞起着非常重要 的角 色,T 淋巴细胞介导银屑病的发病 。 关键词 ：免疫细胞因子 ；银屑病 ；进展 中图分类号 ： 63
