Methods Pul-l Down assa in vitro, Far-W estern Blot assa and Co-Immunoprec-i pitation assa in vivo were used to detect the binding of HBX protien to T F Ò B. Results It w as found t hat HBX binded T F Ò B directl and HBV X 199( 51- 99) is the minimal domain responsible for the bind- ing to T F Ò B. Furt hermore, the binding of T F Ò B-HBX in vitro was confirmed b intracellular co-im- munoprecripition assa . It was also found that the w oodchuck hepatitis virus X protien ( WHX) w as to bind T F Ò B.
