《中外医学研究》第 12 卷 第 33 期（总第 257 期）2014 年 11月　　经验体会 Jingyantihui 儿童青少年抑郁症研究 　易俊① 【摘要】　目的： 方法： 　　 探讨儿童青少年抑郁症与成人抑郁症临床特征差异，为儿童青少年抑郁症的临床诊断提供依据。 将儿童青少年抑郁症 306 例与成人抑郁症 314 例进行对照研究。结果：儿童青少年组以违拗、不听话、躯体症状、违反纪律、发脾气、哭闹、易激惹、自伤行为等为突 出表现；成年组则以自责自罪、自卑、自杀观念及行为、妄想为主，差异有统计学意义 (P0.05)。结论：儿童青少年抑郁症早期症状不典型，当出 现过激行为表现时，常被简单地理解为是青春期叛逆或成长痛苦，而未被引起足够重视，以至酿成很多悲剧。 【关键词】 　　 　儿童；　青少年；　抑郁症；　进展 　　中图分类号　R749.4 文献标识码　B 文章编号　1674-6805(2014)33-0127-02 　　Research Progress in Child and Adolescent Depression/YI Jun.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12(33)：127-128 　　【Abstract】　Objective：To study the child and adolescent depression and adult depression clinical characteristics difference，provide the basis for clinical diagnosis of child and adolescent depression.Method：Child and adolescent depression of 306 cases and 314 patients with adult depression controlled study.Result：Children and adolescent depression often occurred defy，not obedient，somatic symptoms，violation of discipline，temper tantrums，crying， irritability，self-injury behavior； adult depression often occurred self-accusation and self-guilty，inferiority，suicidal thoughts and behavior，and delusion， there were statistics differences(P0.05).Conclusion：The atypical early symptoms of child and adolescent depression，when appear aggressive behavior is often simply understood as a teenage rebellion or growing pain，is not cause enough attention，so many tragic. 　　【Key words】　Children；　Adolescent；　Depression；　Progress ’ ’ 　　First-author s address：The First People s Hospital of Dali City，Dali 671000，China 　　抑郁障碍也称心境障碍。情绪低落、思维迟缓和意志消沉 年组：男 147 例，女 167 例，年龄 18~60 岁。 是典型
