Methods By retrospective anal- ysis of 17 cases of lung metastases, the rare CT findings of cavity metastases,calcified pulmonary metas- tases and calcified pleural metastases were investigated,and the causal relationship between the metasta- ses and the original tumor was also approached. Results Among the rare CT performance of 17 lung me- tastases,the sign of cavity metastases was found in 13 cases, calcified pulmonary metastases in 4 cases and calcified pleural metastases in 1 case.Conclusion Lung metastases can show a variety of non-typical CT signs,and it is of great clinical significance to recognize these rare CT features.
