Wuhan 430074) Abstract : With the development of science and technology, the level of manufacturing counterfeit is more and more advance. Even those counterfeit notes can escape the security detection of the anti-counterfeit Banknotes counter and be as real notes which led to unnecessary disputes between the worker of the financial departments and the customers. This paper presents that we the first time use an innovative approach to develop the counterfeit notes detected Identification System workstation to authority resolving such disputes. And meanwhile the system composition, working principle , Physical appearance and characteristics of the equipment, six machine-readable signals’the new anti-counterfeit technology and methods , 20 times image microscope method and image contrast to distinct real or false notes the two independent intellectual property rights’ technology are introduced.
