This theory intended to learn “Western knowledge”on the basis of unchangeable politics and morality ，so it possessed congenital nature of undeserved and inevitable character of contradictory when it was emerged. In this era of economic integration and cultural diversification ，in order to ensure the inheritance and promotion of Chinese Culture ，it is need to refine the connotation of “Chinese Culture”and “Western knowledge”and reanalyze the relationship between “Essential”and “Assistant”，utilizing late- model “Chinese Culture is Essential ，and the Western is Assistant”to establish an advanced system of Chinese culture.
