Methods 96 patients with advanced cancer from 2010 to 2013 nursed in our community health center were selected, and randomly allocated to two groups, with 48 cases in each, the control group received regular care, while the study group received terminal care, life quality and satisfaction degree between the two groups were compared. Results Patients with advanced cancer from community were implemented terminal care, the patients quality of life and satisfaction degree were significantly improved, with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The community health center is ideal for implementing terminal nursing care, implementing terminal care to patients with advanced cancer, can reduce the stress of cancer patients and their families and improve the life quality of patients.
