供应链协同创新环境下企业间的知识共享机制地研究.pdf

摘 要 随着经济和信息技术的快速发展，为了提高生产效率和降低成本，同时也 为了能够快速满足消费者的需求，供应链上的企业独自运行和创新的模式已经被 替代，一起协同创新的模式逐渐被许多的供应链企业所采纳。而一般对供应链进 行管理，其目的就是使供应链上相对独立的企业相互结成联盟，共同管理，增加 企业利率，提升供应链的运营效率。因此，供应链上的企业都必须以协同创新目 标基准，携手合作，共同创新。但是供应链上的企业在协同创新合作中如何进行 知识共享就成为一个难以解决的问题。不同于一般的企业知识共享，供应链协同 创新的知识共享具有企业的跨度，是不同企业之间的知识共享，比单一企业知识 共享更具备难度。 本文通过文献资料法，对供应链协同创新环境下企业间知识共享的研究进 行整理，分类总结形成研究综述，作为之后研究的理论基础。而后探讨了供应链 协同创新环境下企业间进行知识共享的模式，得出知识共享的两个主要组成部 分，即知识挖掘和知识转移。同时，针对供应链协同创新环境下，详细地分析了 供应链企业间的知识挖掘和知识转移。随后，通过对供应链协同创新环境下企业 间知识共享进行了博弈分析，分析出了供应链协同创新环境下企业间进行知识共 享的影响因素。最后，总结了供应链协同创新环境下企业间知识共享的机制，包 括知识共享的基础建设、组织结构、激励机制、企业文化以及知识共享绩效评价 体系，并绘制了供应链协同创新环境下企业间知识共享的整体结构图。 关键词：供应链，协同创新，知识共享，动态博弈 ABSTRACT With the rapid development in economy and information technology , in order to improve the production efficiency and reduce the costs , and also in order to be able to quickly meet the demand of consumer, the model that supply chain operates and innovate alone has been replaced gradually by the model of collaborative innovation . The character of supply chain management is combining the independent companies in the supply chain to improve supply chain efficiency . Therefore , the collaborative innovation in supply chain need the collaborative innovation in all enterprise which is the fundamental goal , then all enterprise cooperate. So how to cooperate in knowledge sharing in the supply chain, it has become a problem of collaborative innovation. Unlike the general knowledge sharing , knowledge sharing in supply chain collaborative innovation is among different enterprises, which is more difficult than knowledge sharing in a single enterprise.
