We teachers should not only teach but also cultivate. Experts should meet the needs of the society. We should de velop versatile experts with a solid foundation. The key to the education revolution and the develop ment of education quality is the teachers. We should develop mechanism for competition to activate the motivation of teachers. With the combination of teaching and research , the quality of teachers will be improved. It is important to develop teaching. Teachers should not only teach , develop the skills of themselves , but also develop students ’abilities of selfstudy , problemsolving , and creation.
