第 十 届 全 国 X 射 线 光 谱 学 术 报 告 会 急性放射病的分度和治疗研究 1 2 3 王川 ，段阳 ，居振韬 （1.海军医学研究所，上海，200433；2.北海舰队司令部核安全办，青岛，266000； 3.南海舰队司令部核安全办，湛江，524000） 摘要：介绍了急性放射病的发病条件和发病特点，阐述了骨髓型、肠型和脑 型3 种急性放射病受照剂量范围及主要临床表现。急性放射病诊断从程度上可分 为：早期分类诊断和临床诊断。急性放射病的诊断，必须根据受照病史、照射剂 量估计、临床表现和化验检查结果等综合判定。文中着重分析了早期病情分类诊 断的依据、早期分型诊断、临床诊断的依据、标准及注意事项。正确的治疗措施 来源于对病情正确的分型分度诊断和预后的判断，因而应着重加强辐射事故及医 源性放射损伤的早期分类诊断、救治和护理工作。 关键词：急性放射病; 类型; 诊治 中图分类号：TL73 文献标识码：A Study on Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Radiation Sickness 1 2 3 WANG Chuan , DUAN Yang , JU Zhen-tao (1. South China Sea Fleet, Zhanjiang 524000, China) Abstract ：The pathogenic conditions and features of acute radiation sickness are introduced in this paper, and the irradiation dose range and main clinical features of bone marrow form of acute radiation sickness, intestinal form of acute radiation sickness, cerebral form of acute radiation sickness are expatiated. The diagnosis and treatment of acute radiation sickness can be divided into early classification diagnosis and clinical diagnosis to a certain degree. The diagnosis and treatment of acute radiation sickness must be synthetical assessment according to irradiation medical history, irradiation dose estimate, clinical manifestation and results of laboratorial examination. This paper emphatically analyses early classification diagnosis basis, early typing diagnosis basis, clinical
