关于“实施 RPC(raw material,product,creation)管理与创新 建立信息高速公路”的探讨 陆 军 （江苏省如东县马塘镇马南村，江苏如东 22640 1） 摘要：鉴于目前我国基层企业经营管理体制的现状，我根据自己多年的探索和思考，提出“实施RPC 管理、建立 信息高速公路”这一全新的课题。所谓 RPC ，分别指企业原材料流程、产品销售流程和财务统计流程。我以为， 应在基层企业和地方政府分别成立RPC 信息管理机构，每个企业逐日向上级RPC 信息管理机构全面上报发生的 各种数据。这种管理模式改变了传统的财务报表的上报方式，一旦实施，便使企业管理走上了信息高速公路。企 业自身既可以从信息高速公路获益非浅，而政府则可以及时、准确、全面地掌握企业的真实情况，以便实行切实 有效的管理，并为正确的决策提供可靠的依据。 关键词：信息科学；RPC 管理；创新；高速公路 The Research about“ Carry out RPC Management and Build Information Express Way” LU Jun （Matangxianmanancun, Rudong 226401, Jiangsu, China ） Abstract ：Concerning the fact Chinese management system of basic business,I promote a brand new subject—carry out RPC Managemeng and Build Information Express Way after years of research and thinking.RPC stands for the procedure of business materials,products sale and financial statistics.I hold the view that we should set up information management organization in basic businesses and local governments and every company should report all the statistics to the organization every day.This managing mode changes the tradional method—financial statnment.Once carried out,it will promote business management to informatimon express way.Not only does the business itself benefit form the information express way,but also the government can master the situation of the business timely,accurately and fully.It can be also beneficial to carrying out effective manegement and offer reliable reference for right decisions.
