钢筋混凝土电杆中钢筋锈蚀无损检测方法研究 1 1 1 2 2 刘建军 、张建国 、陈大兵 、方永浩 、宣文 （1 江苏省电力公司电力科学研究院，南京 211100；2 河海大学，南京，210098） 摘 要：研究了钢筋混凝土电杆中钢筋锈蚀程度的无损检测方法。结果表明，测量钢筋混凝土电杆半电池电位、腐 蚀电流和混凝土电阻率时，将润湿区限制在被测钢筋上方宽度 40 mm 范围，可以基本避免邻近钢筋的影响；检测时 在电极与电杆表面间垫用硫酸铜溶液润湿的直径为25 mm的，厚度为大于5 mm的海绵垫，可以保证检测电极与电杆 表面良好接触；用半电池电位作为钢筋混凝土电杆中钢筋锈蚀程度判据基本符合钢筋锈蚀情况，而采用半电池电位、 腐蚀电流、混凝土电阻率综合判断，可以得到与实际情况符合性更好的判断。 关键词：钢筋混凝土电杆；钢筋锈蚀；无损检测 Investigate on the Non-destructive Testing Method for the Corrosion of Steel Bars in Reinforced Concrete Pole and its application 1 1 1 2 2 LIU Jian-jun ，ZHANG Jian-guo , CHEN Da-bing , FANG Yong-hao , XUAN Wen （1 Jiangsu Electrical Power Research Institute Co. College of Mechanics and Materials，Nanjing 210098 ） Abstract: This paper investigate the non-destructive testing method for the corrosion of steel bars in reinforced concrete poles. The results show that the influence of the adjacent bars on the measurement results can be ignored when half-cell potential, corrosion current and resistivity of concrete are measured if the wetting area is limited in the 40 mm above the target bar. Satified contact between the concrete surface of the pole and the detector heads can be ensured by inserting a piece of sponge thicker than 5 mm between them. The corrosion extent of the steel bars in reinforced concrete pole Half-cell potential gives a good refrence for evaluating the corrosion extent, while comprehensive analysis based on half-cell potential, corrosion current and resistivity of concrete gives a more reliable result.
