关于西部地区科技馆发展问题的探讨 ——场馆发展策略和科技辅导员培养 张 娜 （青海省科学技术馆,青海西宁 810000） 摘要：改革开放以来，随着中国科技事业的蓬勃发展，科学普及已经成为了提高我国社会精神文明和物质 文明的重要环节。相比较而言，西部地区科技馆发展由于受到当地经济发展的制约，仍然还处在不平衡的 发展时期。与中东部相比，不管是从经费投入的角度还是从当地科技场馆建设的角度，依然存在很大的差 距。本文根据西部地区的经济发展情况和地方特色对当地科技馆的建设发展与人才培养提出一些建议，希 望西部地区的科技馆发展不断顺应中国科技事业的要求。  关键字：科学普及；场馆建设；人才培养；地方特色  Discussion on the Development of Western Science and Technology Museum —Development Strategy and Science Counselor Cultivation ZHANG Na （Qinghai Science and Technology Museum, Xining, 810000 ,China ） Abstract: Since the reform and opening of China, with the vigorous development of Chinas science and technology industry, popularization of science has become important measure to improve our society’s spiritual and material civilization. Science and technology museums in western regions due to local economic development, remains still in the unbalanced development period. Compared with the eastern part, whether it is from a funding point of view or from the point of view of local technology venue construction, there are still a large gap. Therefore, this paper put forward some suggestions on the construction and development and personnel training according to the local science museum and local specialties economic development of the western region, making the development of science and technology museum in the western region continue to adapt to the requirements of science and technology.
