紫苏籽提取物对肉鸡生长性能和鸡肉品质的影响 潘存霞 谢君 西南大学动物科技学院 400716 摘要:本试验采用单因子试验设计,选择1日龄艾维茵肉鸡270只(公母各半),随机分成3组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只鸡,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组),在基础日粮上添加50mg/kg金霉素(试验Ⅱ组)和在基础日粮上添加150mg/kg紫苏籽提取物(试验Ⅲ组)。试验研究紫苏籽提取物对肉鸡生产性能和鸡肉品质的影响。结果表明:(1)紫苏籽提取物可以提高肉鸡的生产性能,试验Ⅲ组与对照组相比,日增重显著提高,料肉比显著降低。试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组差异不显著,效果相当。(2)紫苏籽提取物对肉鸡的肉品质有一定的调节作用。与对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组肉鸡腿肌嫩度和胸肌嫩度分别提高6.20%%%%%%%P<0.05%P<0.0P<0.0Study on Perilla Frutescens Exrtact in Diet of Broilers Abstract:The experiment used single factor trial design. Two hundred seventy Avian broilers (1day-old) were randomly allocated to two groups for three replicates, and fed a commercial starter diet and the same diets with 50 mg·kg-1 aureomycin and 500 mg·kg-1 perilla frutescens. The effects of perilla frutescens extractive on performance and meat quality were studied. The results showed: (1) Perilla frutescens could improve the performance of broilers. The third group compare with the control group, the ADG improved, but the FCR falled. (2) The perilla frutescens could adjust the meat quality in a certain extent. Compare to the control group, Lebanon degrees of breast muscle and leg muscle improved 6.20%%espectively, drip loss of breast and leg muscle reduced, water of breast muscle and leg muscle were improved respectively, crue proten of leg muscle improve 4.04%P<0.05ether extract of leg muscle decrease 22.04%P<0.05ether extract of leg muscle were significantly decreased 39.19%(P<0.01he inosine acid and the glutamate of breast muscle and leg muscle were significantly improved(P<0.01The results showed that perilla frutescens can promote the growth performance and improve meat quality, whose function better than antibiotics.
