· 196 · CHINESEGENERAlPRACTICENURSING January2015Vo1．13No．3 基层护士长对护理流程再造认知及 实施现状的调查研究 韩秋英．陈雅娟 摘要：[目的]对基层护士长对护理流程再造 的认知状况及护理流程再造 的实施现状进行调查分析 ，为医院护理管理的发展提供参 考信息。E方法]采用描述性研究，整群抽取厦门市 9所三级医院300名基层护士长为研究对象。制定护理流程再造认知及实施现 状调查 问卷 ，对 300名基层护士长进行调查。r结果]基层护士长对护理流程再造知晓率仅为 42．9 ；38．6 的调查对 象反 映现有 流程存在的最主要 的问题是过于繁琐、缺乏人性化 ；4O．7 的调查对象认为开展护理流程再造 的过程 中最难解决的问题是设计精 简、方便、实用性强的流程 。[结论]目前护理流程再造的认知程度不高，实施过程 中存在 的困难急需得到解决，为了使护理流程再 造发挥最大效益 ，应 重视护理流程再造并针对原 因采取积极干预措施。 关键词 ：流程再 造 ；基层护士长 ；护理 ；认 知 Investigationoncognitionandimplem entationstatusquoofheadnursesinprimaryhospitalsonnursingprocessre— engineering HanQiuying，ChenYajuan(AffiliatedZhongshanHospitalofXiamenUniversity，Fujian361004China) Abstract Objective：Tosurveyandanalyzethecognitionandimplementationstatusquoofheadnursesinpri— maryhospitalsonnursingprocessreengineering，andSOastoprovidethereferencesforthedevelopmentofthe hospitalcaremanagement．Methods：A totalof300headnursesinprimaryhospitalswereclusterextractedasthe studyobjectsfrom 9third—gradehospitalsinXiamenbydescriptivestudy．Theyreceivedsurveybyusingthe questionnaireofcognitionandimplementation statusofnursing processreengineering．Results：Theawareness rateofheadnursesinprimaryhospitalsonnursingprocessreengineeringwasonly42．9 ；themainproblem of nursingprocessreengineeringreportedby38．6 ofthem weretoocomplexandlack ofhumanity；and40．7 ofthem thoughtthemostdifficultproblemstosolveweredesignofsimple，convenientandpracticalprocess duringdeveloping nursing processreengineering．Conclusion：Thecognition degreeofnursing processreengi neeringisnothigh，theproblemsintheprocessofimplementationneedbesolvedquickly．Inordertomakethe nursingprocessreengineeringhavelargestbenefit，thenursingprocessreengineeringshouldbepaidattentionto andactiveinterventionsshouldbetaken aimingatitsreasons． Keywords nursingprocessreengineering；headnursesinprimaryhospitals；nursing；cognition 中
