技術學院教育人員 技術學院教育人員 評鑑能力建立的阻礙與 評鑑能力建立的阻礙與 解決策略之研究 解決策略之研究 曾淑惠/國立臺北科技大學技術及職業教育研究所教授 摘 要 本研究旨在探究技術學院教育人員在評鑑能力建立的阻礙與解決策略。 為達研究目的，首先經文獻探討及學校主管訪談歸納出阻礙議題，據以編製 承 傳 驗 經 調查問卷初稿，經具評鑑理論與實務經驗之專家審查後，調查技術學院教育 人員1,204人的意見，再經8位任職技術學院教職員進行專家座談以議定解決策 略。研究所得結論包括：（1）技術學院教育人員建立評鑑能力的阻礙共可分 四大類10小項；（2）技術學院教育人員對建立評鑑能力阻礙的知覺呈現「高 度」的傾向；（3）解決技術學院教育人員建立評鑑能力阻礙的策略共有15項 可供參採。最後根據研究結果提出具體建議，以供學校、教師及未來研究者 參考。 關鍵字：技術學院、評鑑能力建立、評鑑阻礙、解決策略 投稿日期：2011年9月2日 完成修稿日期：2011年10月9日 學校行政雙月刊 76 2011/11 167 A Study on the Barriers and Solving Strategies of Evaluation Capacity Building for Institute of Technology Educators Shu-Hui Tseng Abstract The purpose of this study aimed to explore the barriers and solving strategies of evaluation capacity building for institute of technology edu- cators. Literature analysis, interview, and questionnaire survey were used for reaching the purpose. According to the literature analysis and the findings of interview, the issues about barriers were figured out in order to draft the questionnaire. Second, after the examination of another 6 experts in evaluation field, the formal questionnaire was made for 1,204 educators in institute of technology. At last, the solving strategies were approved from group discussion by 8 experts from institute of technolo- gies. The findings were as the follows: (1) the barriers of evaluation capac- ity building for institute of technology educators could be separated into 4 parts and ten items were included, (2) the intention of perception from the educators in institute of technology towards the barriers of evaluation capacity building was “high”, (3) there were 15 strategies as suggestions for solving the evalua
