不同气象政务微博影响力的比对研究* 1 2 1 2 1 1 1 尹 寅 ，刘 茜 ，刘 燕 ，邵俊年 ，丁德平 ，李 津 ，孙雪婷 炤 (1．北京市气象服务中心，北京，100089；2．中国气象局公共服务中心，北京，100081) 摘要 该文以北京市气象局官方微博“气象北京”及《气象知识》杂志官方微博“气象知识”为研究对象，通过比对 2012 年 3 月 1 日—5 月 31 日二者粉丝数、微博发布数、评论转发数等微博关键要素变化情况，分析不同类型气象政务微博影响 力的差异及各要素的贡献。结果表明，1）粉丝数是决定气象政务微博影响力的重要指标之一，且高活跃度粉丝的的作用更 显著；2）及时性对提升气象政务微博影响力具有较大贡献，且视气象微博类型具有不同表现形式。 关键词：气象；微博；粉丝；影响力 A Comparison of the Influence between Different Meteorology Government Micro-blogs 1 2 1 2 1 1 1 Yin Zhaoyin ，Liu Xi ，Liu Yan ，Shao Junnian ，Ding Deping ，Li jin ，Sun Xueting (1 ．Beijing Meteorological Service center ，Beijin ，100089； 2 ．CMA Public Meteorological Service Centre， Beijing ，100081) Abstract Micro-blog is a hot tool in China and proved to be a good tool for meteorological use.Though the running of many Meteorology Government Micro-blogs persists for a long time, only few work have been carried out on the influence about it.In this paper, the Meteorology Government Micro-blogs Beijing Meteorology and Meteorological knowledge which respectively rely on Beijing Meteorological Bureau and Meteorological knowledge a popular science magazine which is in charge of CMA were selected to compare the difference on the influence and growing point between the different types by examining the trends of fans, forwardings, comments and other key factors in the time from March 1 to May 31, 2012. The results showed that the number of fans is a key point to measure the influence of meteorological government micro-blogs and more active fans or its proportion could bring a extraordinary effect.
