掺废渣的高强混凝土研究

: 研究 粉煤灰掺量11% , 硅灰掺量9% , 砂率为40% 时的水泥混凝土的水胶比( W/ B) 对强度的
影响规律结果显示, 在W/ B= 0. 21~ 0. 29 的范围内, 强度与W/ B 之间呈负相关关系, 而劈拉强度, 轴压强
度和弹性模量与立方体抗压强度之间则呈正相关关系微观结构检测显示, 与普通混凝土的水泥石结构不
同, 高强混凝土的水泥石结构较为致密, 水泥石主要由C- S- H 凝胶构成, 凝胶体中孔隙很少, 且孔隙中由规
则分布的Aft 晶簇充满, 还有 一种晶须镶嵌于凝胶体中, 起 加筋!作用

Abstract: This a er introduces investigation of the effect of W/ B on concrete com ressive strength, the
concrete w as made of flyash w ith content of 11 ercent and silica fume 9 ercent , its Sa is 0. 4. The result
shows that , When the W/ B is in the range of 0. 21~ 0. 29, the relationshi betw een com ressive strength
and W/ B is negatively correlated among cubic com ressive strength and tensile strength, axis strength and
modulus of Elasticity is ositively correlated The examination of microstructure shows that the hydrated ce
ment structure is rather com act, w hich is different from that of ordinary concrete. And it is mostly made
u with the gel C- S- H , in w hich there is a few of ores filled w ith Aft crystal family and also inserted in
the gel there is a kind o
