1 5 006 3 　J App l Clin Pediatr, Vol .1 No.5, March 006 ·290 · ·· 腺苷对大鼠缺血性急性肾衰竭的干预作用 张　力, 陈珊琳 (贵阳医学院附属医院儿科, 贵阳550004) Interfering Remedial Effect of Adenosine on Rats with Acute Renal Failure ZHANG Li, CHEN Shan-lin (Department of Pediatrics, the Hospital Affiliated to Guiyang Medical College, Guiyang 550004, China) Abstract:Objective　 o investigate the effect of adenosine on rats with acute renal failure(ARF)resulting from ischemia-reper- fusion(IR).Methods　 he model of renal IR injury rats was induced by nipping bilateral renal pedicels of rats with non-traumatic for- ceps for 40 minutes.he first adenosine group was given adenosine 10 mg/kg intraabdominally at 2 hours before IR.he second adeno- sine group was given the same adenosine at 40 minutes after IR.Serum creatinine(Scr)levels, the proportion of apoptosis of renal tubu- lar cells (R Cs)and the pathological changes of renal tissuew ere observed separately in every group at 2, 6, 12 hours after IR.Results 　1.At 12 hours after IR, in IR group Scr levels and apoptosis of R Cs count w ere (198.56±13.35)μmol/L and 26.50±2.07, which w ere increased significantly compared w ith sham group.In the first and second adenosine groups, they w ere (113.85 ± 12.90)μmol/L, 14.67±3.44 and (218.79±37.65)μmol/L, 20.83±5.27, respectively, and all of them w ere higher than those in sham group (all P0.01);2.In the first adenosine group the pathological changes of renal tissue, Scr levels and apoptosis of R Cs count w ere lower than those in other 2 groups (P0.01).No statistical significance w as found betw een the second adenosine group and IR group when the indices tested in this investigation w ere compared(all P0.05)
