Cons Hydr .College Dec .2008 小 型 水 电站 变 压 器 安 全 运 行 研 究 杨莹彤 ( 天台县 里石 门水库 管理 局一级 电站 , 浙 江 天台 317205) 摘 要: 小型水电站的故障往往迫使 电站停运, 影 响电站 的效益. 浙江天 台县里石 门水库 一级 电站 变压器在运 行管理 中, 重点对 变压器声音不正常、温度显著升高、油色异常、油位异 常、变压器过 负荷 等情况进行 了技术分析和处理, 在 变 压器安装、运行、变压器油的维护、运行人 员素质培养等方面提 出了行之有效 的措施, 包括 变压 器油校验、严格安装规范 和 日常维护等, 实践证 明这些措施能确保 小型水电站变压器安全稳定运行. 关键词: 安全运行; 故障处理; 变压器 中图分类号:TV742 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1008 - 536X( 2008) 04-0010-004 Saf e Operati on of Transf or mers i n S mall Hydropo wer St ati ons YANG Yi ng-t ong ( Lishi men Reservoir Administration Office of Tiantai County , Ti antai 317205 , China) Abstract :Based on the failure analysis and the management experiences of transformers i n Lishi men Reservoir of Tiantai County , Zhe- j i ang , the causes andtreat ments on abnormal operation of the transformer are introducedi nthis paper , such as the thundering noise and boosting temperature of the transformer , the abnor mal col or and unconventional stage of the oil , overl oad operation and etc . The effective technol ogical measures are also discussed , i ncludi ng the installation and operati on of the transformer ,transformer oil mai ntenance , opera- tors’on-j ob training ,in-ti me daily mai ntenance and some other aspects , which may ensure the safe and stable operati on of transformers in small-sized hydropower stations .
