Methods 78 cases of COPD in rem ission in patients w ith respiratory mu scle fatigue, w ere random ly divided into observation group and control group patientsw ith the control group given conventional treatm ent, observation of tradi tional Chinesem edicine group w ere scattered henlingbaizhu ora l treatm ent. Com parison of wt o groups of patientsw ith respiratory failure, the incidence and rem ission rates of dyspnea, arteria l blood gas before and after treatm ent of PaO and PaCO , pulm onary function in ac 2 2 counting for expected value of FEV and FEV /FVC percentage changes. Results The incidence of respiratory fa ilure 30% , dyspnea 1 1 70% rem ission rate are higher(P 005) .
