Fun tion and eval uation of personnel have an important referen e value to staff re ruitment, appointment, sele tion, train ing , promotion, and job lassifi ation. Fuzzy omprehensive evaluation method is applied to determine de isionmaking fuzzy relation matrix w ith the single fa tor, and through the transformation and al ulation of matrix the level of their personnel fun tions are determined.
