毕业设计（论文） 课 题 名 称 ： 允许退货情况下图书行业的 　　库存控制研究　 学 院 ：　　旭日工商管理学院 　　　 专 业 ：　　物流管理 　 姓 名 ： __ 学 号 ：　　 　　　 　　 指 导 教 师 ：　　 　　　　 　 允许退货情况下图书行业的库存控制研究 摘要 随着市场竞争的加剧，他们不断寻找缩小成本和提高服务水平与企业社会效益的各种途径，从而提升企业的竞争能力。对于图书行业来说，允许退货可以提高他们的服务水平，但同时也增加了企业的成本；如果不允许退货则会丧失顾客，因此，需要研究退货对图书行业不同环节的具体影响，通过制定合适的库存控制策略，使企业在降低服务成本的同时为客户提供优质的服务。 本文首先分析图书行业的运营模式，然后具体分析退货物流的内涵、分类及其特点，进一步讨论允许退货对不同运营模式下图书物流产生的影响。第三章则阐述了图书库存控制系统的组成要素，对图书库存问题进行分类，研究不同经营模式下图书库存的管理办法和讨论允许退货对图书库存管理策略的影响。最后比较了全部用现有库存去满足顾客需求和采用直达运输满足顾客需求两种模型，分析其参数对两种策略的影响。结果发现当退货较少时企业更倾向于用库存去满足顾客需求，而当库存变得较多时，企业则会选择直达运输的方式。 关键词：退货物流，图书，库存控制，直达运输 RESEARCH ON INVENTORY CONTROL BASED ON BOOK INDUSTRY WHICH ALLOWS GOODS REJECTION ABSTRACT Because the competition among companies becomes more and more intense, the companies look for all kinds of ways to decrease the cost and improve their social effect and service level in order to enhance their competition. For book industry, allowing goods rejection can increases their service level, but it also increases their cost. If not allowing goods rejection, the book retailers will lose the customers. So we should research on how goods rejection influence the different parts of the book industry, and make the most suitable inventory control methods so that the companies can provide excellent although they decrease the cost. The writer classifies the running mode of the book industry and then depicts the definition and classification of goods rejection and analyzes its characters. Later the writer discusses how allowing goods rejection influence the book logistics run at different mode. The writer expounds the component of the system of inventory management in the third section, classifies the inventory management, researches on the methods of managing the books inventory and discusses the influence of goods rejection on the methods of invento
