摘要 :总结和甄别了中国环境下企业智力资本的内涵要素与结构 ,并在此基础上构建了在超竞争环境下企业
竞争优势的动态实现模型 ,通过分析企业智力资本、动态能力及战略与竞争优势之间的相互作用机理 , 以寻求企业
竞争优势的“内在逻辑”及其持续根源 ,从而为企业自觉而有效地管理智力资本、获取竞争优势提供理论依据。

Abstract :In the era of knowledge - based economy ,Intellectual Capital IC increasingly plays more important role in
creation of enterprise ’s vale and construction of competitive advantages with the science and technology advancing rapidly
and the competition becoming fiercer. This paper summarizes and discriminates the connotation of enterprises ’IC in China ,
and establishes a dynamical model to realize the competitive advantages of enterprise nuder the circumstances of hyper -
competition on this basis ,through analyzing the interactive mechanism among enterprise ’s IC ,dynamic competence ,strate
gy and competitive advantages ,in order to seek“inherent logic ”of enterprise ’s competition advant
