中国能源强度与经济结构变化特征研究 1 文章编号 :1002 —1566 (2004) 0 1 —000 1 —07 　　 中国能源强度与经济结构变化特征研究①② 韩智勇 ,魏一鸣 ,范　英 ( 中国科学院科技政策与管理科学研究所 ,北京 100080) 摘要 : 中国经济持续增长伴随着能源强度下降的特征引起部分学者对中国经济增长和能源消费数 据真实性的怀疑 ,因此 ,对中国能源强度变化特征进行研究具有重要的现实意义 。迄今为止 ,对中 国经济结构变动如何影响能源强度变化仍然缺少定量研究 。本文分析了中国能源强度的变化趋 势 ,说明其前后趋势基本上是一致 、合理的。以此为基础 ,将能源强度变化分解为结构份额和效率 份额 ,提出了结构份额和效率份额的计算方法 ,对我国能源强度变化中的结构份额和效率份额进 行了定量分析 ,结构表明:1998 - 2000 年间 ,我国能源强度下降的主要动力来自于各产业能源利用 效率的提高 ,其中工业能源强度下降是总体能源强度下降的主要原因。 关键词 : 中国;能源强度 ;结构份额 ;效率份额 中图分类号 :O2 12 ,C8 文献标识码 :A Research on change f eatures of Chinese energy intensity and economic structure HAN Zhiyong ,W EI Yiming ,FAN Ying ( Institute of Policy and Management ,CA S ,Beijing 100080) Abstract :Continuing increase of t he Chinese economy ,accomp anied by decrease of energy intensity ,has aroused sus picions about t he aut henticity of t he data of Chinese economy growt h and energy consumption . Thus ,it is significant to research t he changes and trends of Chinese energy intensity . By far ,however ,few works of quantitative research have been made on how t he changes of Chinese economic structure influence t he changes of energy intensity . This t hesis analyzes t he changes and trends of Chinese energy intensity ,illuminates t hat t hese changes and trends are basi cally consistent and reasonable . Moreover ,based on t he analysis ,t he t hesis divides t he change of energy intensity into structure share and efficiency share ,put s forward t heir formulations ,and quantitatively analyzes t he structure share and efficiency share of t he change of Chinese energy intensity .
