Under the driven by semantic web technology, the library recommendation service may utilize the FOAF and SIOC domain ontology, and use RDF to describe the resource, relationship, management mechanism and processing in the mobile and social network, and utilize the semantic tag to aggregate the information deeply ，all with which to analyze the organic connection of the patrons and information.
