As an educator, an instruc- tor, an ad inistrator, and a researcher, ateacher should be exa ined in following respects: political thought, oral trait, ental state, basic qualities (including body condition, appearance and anner, oral expression, blackboard writing, educational ideal, and attitude towards work) , knowledge ability ( including general knowledge, professional knowledge, and teaching capability) , ad inistrative ability, and research ability.
